What does Average Rent Pro cost?
$7.99 a month, or $79.99 a year ($6.67 a month, 17% less than paying monthly).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Whop account whenever you like. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
How does Pro turn on after I pay?
Pro is tied to the email you check out with. If you are signed in with that email it turns on right away; otherwise sign in to Average Rent with the same email and it is already there.
What stays free?
Every city, neighborhood and building page with current prices and building rent history, 15 days of each unit's history, price checks on up to 5 apartments, and the weekly price report.
Do you offer bulk data or an API?
Yes, as a separate product. The Data API serves rent history by city, ZIP and building for apps and research. See the Data API.
