Compare markets
“Compare two-bedroom asking rents in Austin and Dallas. Include sample sizes and observation dates.”
Find apartments
“Find apartments in ZIP code 78704 under $2,000. Include source links and when the prices were observed.”
Check price changes
“Show asking rent changes for this building over the last 30 days.”
Read the results with context
Prices are asking rents from tracked apartment listings. They do not represent signed leases or all US rental homes. Check each source link and observation date. A past listing does not confirm current availability.
One shared data allowance
API and ChatGPT data calls share your allowance. One answer can use several calls. Asking “How many data calls do I have left?” does not use a data call.
