Average Rent collects and displays apartment rental pricing data. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Pricing data is sourced from publicly accessible property management systems and may change at any time.
Data Accuracy
Apartment pricing displayed on Average Rent is collected from third-party systems and is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data. Always verify pricing directly with the property before making rental decisions.
Accounts
You may create an account by providing your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment partner Whop. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected].
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from Average Rent.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work4Coins LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
